Do you require deposits for appointments?

Yes, we require deposits for big ticket appointments. We take $25-50 depending on the service you are looking to book.

How long do I have to Cancel or Re-schedule my appointment?

Time is important to everyone which is why we follow a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation or Re-schedule made within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a 50% missed appointment fee. This also applies to No shows.

What are your hours?

Tuesday-Saturday 10:00 AM TO 5:00 PM

What can I expect from my service provider during my Salon Experience? 

Your service provider will consult with you prior to the service to find out your goals and preferences. They can also make recommendations if appropriate. The professional will let you know what to expect in terms of hair and budget.

How Can I book a Dread appointment?

Before booking, we prefer to book a consultation free of charge in order for the loc technician to have a better understanding and time frame before officially booking a application appointment.
